Chandigarh, May 8 – The Haryana Government has decided to further extend the contractual engagement period of employees appointed under Part-II of the Outsourcing Policy in various departments, boards and corporations across the state.
According to a letter issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi, the contractual engagement of such employees has been extended from April 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026, or till the Security of Service Act, 2024 portal becomes operational, whichever is earlier.
The decision has been taken after reconsideration of the matter by the government. Earlier, the contractual period of Part-II employees engaged against sanctioned posts had been extended up to March 30, 2026.
The extension will be subject to strict compliance with all conditions laid down in Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) Memo No. 8018 dated March 25, 2025.
The instructions have been issued to all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Managing Directors, Chief Administrators and CEOs of Boards, Corporations and Public Undertakings, Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Sub-Divisional Officers (Civil) in the state for strict compliance.
