Chandigarh, October 5 – Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini met representatives of various companies at the SING Forum in Singapore and held detailed discussions on new investment opportunities in the state. The meeting covered important issues related to setting up data centres in Haryana, investment in the defence sector around Hisar, further strengthening infrastructure, and adoption of new technologies.
The Chief Minister said that the Haryana Government is committed to providing all possible support to entrepreneurs and investors. He invited all the participating entrepreneurs to visit Haryana and invest in the state. Sh. Nayab Singh Saini made it clear that the government would stand by investors at every step and provide all necessary facilities.
Detailed discussions were also held on the development of the housing sector in Panipat. In this context, discussions were also held with the government on developing affordable residential areas in Gurugram and the Housing for Rental policy. The discussions focused on making housing more accessible in the state and moving forward towards providing affordable housing.
Referring to the ‘Make in India’ initiative being pursued under the leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the Chief Minister said that concerted efforts must be made to take this initiative further. He emphasised that Haryana would play an important role in achieving the objectives of ‘Make in India’ and that efforts would continue to establish the state as a major hub of industrial and technological development.
The representatives of the participating companies appreciated the Chief Minister’s positive approach and the investment-friendly policies of the state government. During the meeting, all sides expressed their commitment to creating a conducive investment environment, strengthening infrastructure and promoting new technologies in the state.
Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini reiterated that the Haryana Government is fully prepared to work with entrepreneurs to take the state to new heights of development. He assured investors that continued administrative support would be provided to safeguard their interests and ensure the speedy implementation of projects.
